PILLAR ONE, Gender-Based Violence Prevention & Psychosocial Support
Restoring Dignity. Rewriting Stories.
Strategic Objective: To prevent and respond to GBV through awareness, survivor-centered services, community empowerment, and trauma healing that restore dignity and resilience, especially for women, girls, and vulnerable groups.
Core Focus Areas: Prevention, Survivor Support, Psychosocial & Trauma Healing, Community Mobilization, Capacity Building.
Key Activities:Community dialogues, school campaigns, and sensitization on domestic violence, sexual harassment, early/forced marriage, and FGM.
IEC materials and mass awareness.1
Safe referral pathways for legal aid, emergency shelter, medical care, psychosocial counseling.
Survivor support groups, reintegration, and livelihoods.

PILLAR TWO — Education, Vocational Training & Digital Literacy

Strategic Objective: Provide equitable access to quality education, skills, and digital empowerment to break the cycle of poverty and grow local economies.
Core Focus Areas: Inclusive basic education, vocational training, digital literacy, education for peace and civic leadership.
Key Activities:
ICT bootcamps, coding classes, and mobile digital labs.
Literacy campaigns, reading clubs, and school reintegration for dropouts.
Free vocational centers for tailoring, agriculture, welding, carpentry, catering.

PILLAR THREE — Health, Sexual & Reproductive Rights (SRHR)
Wholeness for Every Body and Soul.
Objectives: Promote access to sexual and reproductive health, reduce maternal/infant mortality, prevent STIs, challenge harmful practices, and empower informed choices.
Focus Areas: SRH education, maternal & child health, family planning, adolescent youth health, GBV-related health services, advocacy & legal protection.
Key Activities:
Mobile outreach clinics: contraception, HIV testing, antenatal care.
Community campaigns on SRH and youth-friendly sessions.

PILLAR FOUR — Climate Action & Environmental Sustainability
Healing the Earth. Sustaining Tomorrow.
Strategic Objective: Promote stewardship and build climate-resilient communities through education, green initiatives, and eco-economies.
Core Focus Areas: Environmental education, reforestation, waste management, clean energy, women & youth empowerment in green livelihoods, community-based resilience.

PILLAR FIVE — Humanitarian Aid & Community Resilience

Strategic Objective: Rapidly deliver emergency aid and build long-term resilience through livelihood support, trauma-informed recovery, and community-led rebuilding.
Key Focus Areas: Emergency relief distribution, crisis outreach to hotspots (e.g., Batibo, Muyuka, NW/SW regions), community recovery, trauma healing workshops, and disaster preparedness training.
